Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is prepared in accordance with applicable consumer protection and distance contract regulations.

1. Parties

Seller: GuardionX (the “SELLER”)

Buyer: The individual or legal entity who registers on the GuardionX platform and purchases the service (the “BUYER”)

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the service ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website.

3. Service Details

Service: Web Application Security Analysis (SaaS Subscription)
Term: Based on the selected plan (Monthly/Yearly)
Scope: Scan limits and features specified in the plan details.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Since the service under this agreement is provided instantly in electronic form and delivered immediately,THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY under applicable distance contract regulations.

5. General Terms

• The BUYER confirms having read and understood the essential characteristics of the service, the sales price, payment method, and delivery information.
• The SELLER is not liable for pricing errors caused by technical reasons.
• To provide the service, the BUYER must successfully complete the payment.

6. Competent Court

For disputes arising from this agreement, consumer arbitration committees and Istanbul Consumer Courts may have jurisdiction, as applicable.
