1. Parties and Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between GuardionX (the “Company”) and users (“User”) who access or use the web security analysis services (the “Service”). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope and Use of the Service

GuardionX provides automated scanning and analysis tools to help identify security vulnerabilities in web applications.

• Authorized Scanning: You represent and warrant that you will only scan websites/applications you own or are legally authorized to test.
• Prohibited Activities: The Service may not be used to access third-party systems without authorization, conduct attacks, steal data, or cause harm. If such use is detected, the account may be terminated and legal action may be taken.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

GuardionX does not guarantee 100% accuracy of scan results or that all vulnerabilities will be identified. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. You acknowledge that scanning may cause temporary slowdowns or interruptions on target systems.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (email, password, API keys) secure. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

5. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payments are charged in advance for the specified period. Refund terms are described in the Distance Sales Agreement.

6. Changes

The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect when published on the website.

7. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from these terms, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
